Shift Supervisor
We Want You!
Supervisors are in charge of opening and closing the store and supervising associates during their shift. They are responsible for all staff on premise during their shift.
Responsibilities:
Opening and closing store; including but not limited to setting alarm system and locking doors
Cash handling; including but not limited to opening/closing tills, counting and writing up deposits
Ensuring staff are present for their shift and taking breaks accordingly
Monitor staff breaks to make sure they are being taken properly and with approval
Directing floors associates to stock and perform other projects as needed
Ensuring cashiers are at their registers unless otherwise directed and assisting customers
Operating and troubleshooting POS system
Running appropriate reports for opening/closing as needed
Jumping on registers as a back-up cashier as needed
Assisting customers as needed; customer service as well as customer complaints
Stocking and assisting with other projects as needed
Reacting accordingly to employee and customer incidents
Preparing and verifying online orders and deliveries

Delivery Driver
We Want You!
This role is responsible for preparing deliveries and online orders.
Responsibilities:
Continually checking platforms for new online orders
Preparing and verifying online and delivery orders
Delivering online orders in a timely fashion
Maintaining vehicle appearance and informing management of any vehicle issues
Filling gas tank at the end of shift
Greeting and assisting customers
Operating cash register as needed
Maintain current product knowledge as well as upcoming product knowledge (This will be assisted by the buyers who will give out appropriate information accordingly.)
Stocking shelves as well as displays
Maintaining proper signage on shelves and displays
Informing buyers of any inventory discrepancies or product needed
Cross selling to increase sales
Observe customers for suspicious behavior and report anything needed to management

Cashier/Floor Associate
We Want You!
This role is responsible for providing great customer service while ringing up orders as well as stocking shelves and helping customers on the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers
Operate cash register; including ringing out customers, processing exchanges and returns
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean register space
Maintain current product knowledge as well as upcoming product knowledge (This will be assisted by the buyers who will give out appropriate information accordingly.)
Stocking shelves as well as displays
Maintaining proper signage on shelves and displays
Informing buyers of any inventory discrepancies or product needed
Cross selling to increase sales
